Weber’s On-Demand feature operates the vertical conveyor only when cases are present. When a case is positioned on the flight roller, a detector switch energizes the electrical system - thereby eliminating needless dry cycling. This feature substantially extends the life of the equipment.

Weber will custom design a vertical conveyor for you, in either "C" or "Z" configurations, that will blend with your new or existing horizontal equipment.

All standard models are automatic, self indexing and self loading. A jogging circuit is included for product change or end of shift shutdown.

Cases automatically discharge. Gating supplied (non-powered) on all lowering models; elevating models normally do not require gate mechanisms. If required, case size adjustments can be made with ease in minutes.
