Mesh Window Unit

  • In-line operation with 2-ply and 3-ply Self Opening Style (S.O.S.) bag machines and tubers
  • Includes window die cutter and dual mesh rollstand
  • Interply window and spot pasters
  • Ideal for produce and flower bulb packaging - 5 to 25 lb. bags

Combine the H.G. Weber mesh window unit with a 2- or 3-ply bag machine or tuber system to create die cut, mesh window bags for products that require ventilation. These mesh window bags are being used for onions, potatoes, beets, and flower or plant bulbs.

The full width anvil roll allows lateral positioning of the window to the web. Compensating rolls are used to register die cuts of the inner and outer webs.

Run the full range of 5 pound to 25 pound bags by combining this unit with the H.G. Weber 7XF variable size bag machine. This modular mesh window unit can also be placed in-line with your existing bag machine or tuber system.
