The H.G. Weber Board Patch Applicator accurately applies two patches of heavy paper or board stock to a moving web. These patches reinforce the die cut handles, which are made as the web passes through the bag machine.

As the web enters the unit, adhesive is precisely applied at the patch locations. The paper or board stock is then unwound from the patch rollstands, cut to length, transferred and applied in register to the adhesive patterns. An optional remote differential further simplifies the registration process.

The modular design of the Board Patch Applicator makes it easily adaptable to most bag machinery.
