Semi Automatic
Bag Bundler
  • Quick, efficient bag packaging
  • Digitally controlled paper feed system
  • Pneumatic paper cutoff
  • Simple to install, operate and adjust
  • Easily moved from one machine line to another

Consider the H.G. Weber Semi-Automatic Bag Bundler for quick and efficient compression bag packaging. The bundler will package sleeve  wrapped bundles or extended wrapped bundles.

The cycle begins with automatic feeding of a preset length of wrapping paper which is cut to length by pneumatically operated blades. The operator transfers the pre-determined count of bags onto the bundling table. Touch switches cycle the pneumatically operated platen to compress the bags to the preset size. An optional motor-driven tape dispenser provides gummed tape to seal the wrap. The ejector assembly is then activated to push the bundle to the discharge point and new wrapping paper automatically feeds into position to start the next cycle. A simple hand knob adjustment is used to change bag bundle count sizes and compression.

The bag bundler is freestanding so it may easily be moved from one machine line to another. Installation requirements involve a simple electrical and air connection.
