Variable Size Bag Machine
  • Produces a variety of paper  or film bag sizes
  • Bags from plain or preprint stock, and/or in-line printing
  • 1, 2 or 3-ply bag making capabilities available in a broad range of styles
  • Auxiliary in-line equipment available to meet your special bag making requirements

Quality and flexibility are just two trademarks of H.G. Weber Company’s variable size bag machines. Rugged machine construction provides continuous superior performance. Five variable size models produce a broad range of Self Opening Style (S.O.S.) bag sizes. One machine can produce numerous bag variations - from simple one-ply bakery bags to three-ply pet food bags.

Bag machines hold their settings and adjustments for consistent bag formation. The servo drive system has eliminated the need for changegears, saving valuable setup time. A touch of a keypad changes the bag tube length.

A full line of auxiliary equipment can expand your versatility. Add a laminator to produce film-lined bags. A rotary die cutter creates window bags, decorative die-cut bags, and die-cut handle bags. The wire tie applicator enables you to manufacture recloseable bags. High quality shopping bags are produced with the carrier handle bag machine.

Our Service Plus Team provides intensive operator training, and on-going technical support and service throughout the life of your investment. Call on H.G. Weber Company to help you choose the customized variable size bag machine system that will fulfill your bag making needs now and into the future.
