Consistent print quality and superior press performance are qualities of every H.G. Weber Prestoflex Flexographic printing press.  Easy color-to-color register adjustments with "no creep" locks simplify the registration process.  Instead of printing roll to roll, in a separate step, add flexibility to your operation with in-line or tail-end printing capabilities.

Model WS is a slide type color deck ruggedly constructed with 2 ½ inch frames to handle extra wide and heavy weight paper.  Pneumatic deck lock-down switches ensure proper setup is retained.  Color register adjustments can be made while the machine is running.  The manual compensator roll assembly adjusts the print to the proper cutoff position.

Model W101 is a pivot type color deck arrangement.  Both the WS and W101 presses allow printing plate changes without removing the plate cylinder.  Model W201 does not have a changegear unit making it ideal for use with single size bag machines.

The optional enclosed doctor blade system pumps ink directly onto the anilox roll.  The doctor blades meter the surface of the anilox roll leaving ink only in the cells.  This system reduces ink consumption and cleanup time by providing more control over the inking process.

As your color printing requirements increase, the printing press can expand to meet your needs.  Up to four color decks can be added as your market requirements change.
